I teach a breath-centered practice with special emphasis on the health of the spine.  A flowing dynamic form of yoga, linking body and breath as a seamless process, which creates a movement meditation. The process links universal consciousness with the body mind, and fuels Samadhi. This class promotes strength, fluidity, flexibility and centering.

The heart of yoga is relationship. A personal connection with a teacher, one on one, is traditionally the way Yoga has been transmitted.
